Pedestrian Access
Located on San Leandro Blvd front Building entrance.
To pay/gain gararge access, scan ticket at kiosk. Door will activate/unlock to elevator lobby where 1st and 2nd floor can be accessed.
When leaving garage, scan ticket at exit kiosk and proceed to pay via credit card. Non-cash facility.
Once payment transaction is successful, the gate will open for exit.
Motorist Access
Garage entry is located on W. Juana Ave
Drive to entry kiosk and pull entry ticket. Keep ticket with you.
When leaving, enter garage through pedestrian door located on San Leandro Blvd. at entrance of the building. Scan ticket at kiosk to activate pedestrian door.
Retrieve vehicle and use ticket at exit kiosk. Gate will open once transaction is successful.
Parking Rate:
- Parking Rates: $3 per hour
- Monday-Friday Daily Max: $12 (overnight rate (after 4am) adds $13 to daily max)
- Weekend Rate (Saturday/Sunday): $10 flat rate
- Weekend Overnight Rate (After 4am): $45
- Lost ticket pays max daily rate, per day
- No in and out priveledges
NO VEHICLE STORAGE OVER 48 HOURS - vehicles left longer then 48 hours will be billed at $25 per day and towed after 72 hours.
